For the Pizza bread base:
1) 2 tbsp olive oil
2) ¼ tsp sugar
3) ½ tsp salt
4) olive oil for brushing
5) 2 teaspoon dry yeast
6) 1 cup warm water
7) 2.5 to 3 cups all purpose flour
For the Tomato sauce:
1) 2 tbsp olive oil
2) Five tomatoes
3) 2-3 garlic
4) 2 tbsp fresh basil
5) ground black pepper
6) salt
7) 1 tsp dried oregano
Toppings:
1) 1 tomato
2) 8 to 9 pitted green olives
3) grated mozzarella cheese
4) 1 capsicum sliced
5) 1 onion sliced
6) fresh herbs
7) 8 to 9 pitted black olives sliced.

How to make pizza bread: Take sugar & mix it in a warm water add some yeast stir and let the mixture set at room temperature for 10 to 15 mins till it becomes frothy in a bowl add one cup flour, olive oil, salt and the yeast mixture stir it again. now add another cup of flour and stir again the mixture will become sticky add the last cup of flour and continue to stir knead the dough into a smooth, ball.apply some olive oil on the dough.cover it and keep in a large bowl at room temperature for 1.5 to 2 hours.the dough will double up and nicely leaven. How to make tomato basil pizza sauce: Take tomatoes and chop them finely. Put some oil in frying pan heat it up and fry the chopped garlic and the tomatoes. let them cook for 4 to 5 minutes. Now add the salt. Pepper and herbs mix them well and cook again for 3 to 4 mins. How to assemble the veg pizza: Roll out the dough into a round shape on a floured surface roll the dough with rolling pin then place the dough onto a greased and dusted pan now brush some olive oil on the pizza base and spread the tomato sauce on the pizza, top with all veggies you are using in it, spread the grated mozzarella cheese and bake the veg pizza in a preheated oven for 15 to 20 mins at 200 degrees C. Dough: 1) 2 cups flour 2) 1/2 tsp salt 3) 3/4 cups water 4) 1/2 tsp of dry yeast 5) 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning (optional) For Toppings: 1) 1 thinly sliced tomato, (6 slices for each pizza) 2) 3 cups of cheese (1.5 cups per pizza) 3) 1/4 cup marinara sauce (for per pizza) 4) 12 basil leaves chopped divided between the two pizzas. |
How to make dough: Before baking about 30 min to 1 hour , preheat the oven to 500 degrees F. Now put baking stone on a rack in the lower-middle part of the oven before preheating Then in a small bowl, heat the water lightly that your finger can easily feel if the water is so hot that you can’t leave your finger in it, wait for it to cool down now add the yeast to the water and use a fork to blend it into the water. wait for few minutes. It’s all right if the yeast does not bubble but it should be entirely dissolved. Put the measured flour into a large bowl. Add the salt, dried Italian seasoning or herbs (if you have) and beat them finely. After that make a well in the center of the flour, pour water yeast mixture in it. Use a wooden spoon to combine everything together. When it comes together into a ball, put it in extra flour in the bowl that hasn’t gotten worked in yet. Knead the dough until all the flour is included and the dough is smooth in touch for five minutes. The dough should still feel wet and slightly tacky. If it is sticking to your hands add in more flour about one or half tbsp at a time until it become smooth. Divide dough in two parts. How to shape the Dough: Take 12-inches wide two pieces of parchment paper. Take one piece of the dough in your hands, form it into a large roti. Lay the roti of dough on the parchment paper. use rolling pin, gently press the dough outward until it is about 1/4 of an inch thick or less. if you like a circular pie, then you have to trace a large circle on the back of the parchment. Repeat this with the second piece of dough. Topping & Baking the Dough: Put the sauce into the center of each pizza + use the back of a spoon to spread it out to the edges you can also use the brush. Then using the backside of a baking sheet, slide your pizza onto the baking stone in the oven. Bake it for 5 min, then rotate the pizza and bake for 3 min again, then sprinkle the cheese and other toppings over the top. Bake for another 2 to 3 min until the edges become golden and crispy. If you like your cheese browned slightly and broil for a minute. Take out your pizza from oven let it cool on a wire rack. Now you can slide the parchment paper out from under the pizza. Do this with the second pizza too. Let serve your delicious Pizza...! |

1) 1/3 cup + 2 tablespoons dark barbecue sauce 2) 1/2 pound prepared pizza dough (at room temperature) 3) 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil 4) 2/3 cup cheddar cheese 3 ounces 5) 2/3 cup mozzarella cheese 3 ounces 6) 1 8 ounce boneless chicken breast 7) Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper 8) 1/2 small red onion and cilantro for topping. |
Take a large bowl brush it with olive oil. Put pizza dough in the bowl and
coat it with the oil. Cover tightly with plastic wrap and keep it in a warm
place for 30 - 40 min. Position the racks in upper third and middle of the oven. Now place a pizza stone on the top rack and preheat the oven to 425 degrees F for at least 30 min. For the mean time, lay out a sheet of parchment paper and brush with olive oil. Use a rolling pin, roll out the dough in 10-inch round roti stretch it with your hands if it needs then again brush the roti with olive oil lightly, cover with another piece of parchment and set aside to let rise slightly, just for 30 min. When dough rises mix 2 tablespoons BBQ sauce and 1 tsp olive oil in a small bowl. Put the chicken in a baking dish, sprinkling salt and pepper on it and brush with the BBQ sauce mixture then bake on the middle oven rack until it cooked well, just about 20 min. Now cut it into 1/2-inch cubes. After that uncover the dough and spread with the remaining 1/3 cup BBQ sauce, leaving a 3/4-inch edges. Top with the red onion, mozzarella, gouda and chicken. Slide the pizza (on the parchment) onto a pizza peel, then slide onto the baking sheet or on a hot stone bake until the cheese melts and the crust is golden, 20 - 25 min. Sprinkle with cilantro. Put dry milk, salt, yeast, sugar and water in a large bowl and blend it
well wait for two minutes put in oil and beat again. Add flour & beat
until dough forms and the flour is absorbed. put the dough on a plane surface
and knead it for 10 min then divide dough into 3 balls, now in 3 cake pans
which are about 9", put 3 Oz. of oil in each. Use a rolling pin, roll
out each ball about 9" circle after that place them in cake pans and
cover with the plate then place it in warm area and let it rise for 1-1 1/2
hours. For Sauce: Mix ingredients and let wait for 1 hour. For Each Pizza! Preheat oven to 475F 2. Put on 1/3 cup sauce on dough and spread it within 1" of edge. Hand out 1 1/2 Oz. shredded mozzarella cheese on sauce then place toppings ham vegetables meats or pepperoni. Put 3 Oz. mozzarella cheese now cook until outer layer is brown and cheese is melt... Cut it into 4 pieces & Pan pizza is ready...! |

FOR PIZZA DOUGH: 2 cups flour 1 egg 1 tsp sugar 1 tbsp oil 1 tsp salt 1 tsp instant yeast 2/3 cup milk 1/2 tsp warm water as required INGREDIENTS FOR CHICKEN TIKKA: 1/2 kg chicken boneless in cubes 2 tbsp chicken tikka masala 1 tsp ginger garlic paste 1 tsp vinegar 1 tbsp yogurt salt if required INGREDIENTS FOR PIZZA SAUCE: 1 medium chopped onion 2 cloves chopped garlic 2 tbsp tomato sauce 2 tbsp oil 1/2 cup tomato paste 1/2 tsp oregano 1/2 tsp thyeme 1/2 tsp red crushed chili salt to taste INGREDIENTS FOR TOPPING: 1 onion 1 capsicum 1 tomato 1 packet cheddar cheese (grated) 1 packet grated mozzarella cheese |
First of all mix the yeast & sugar in warm water and leave it for 10
minutes now shift milk, flour, oregano, egg, salt, oil and mixture of yeast
& sugar with water. Mix them well! Make smooth dough and leave for 2-3
hours for rising. Then put oil into a pan and heat it up and put thinly
chopped garlic and onion and fry unless they become soft now put ketchup, salt,
tomato paste, oregano and red chili mix them well and let it cook till
tomatoes become in sauce form. If you need water, put a bit of water and cook
until done, when it done apply sauce on pizza base then make cut on chicken
pieces and marinate with all ingredients for half an hour then bake or
barbeque in oven at 180 centigrade for 20-25 minutes and smoke them with charcoal.
After making that, make the pizza roti spread dough into a 12 inch pan. After that spread the pizza sauce, chicken pieces, onion cut in cube shape, cheddar and mozzarella cheese then bake it for 20 min on 200 centigrade and the delicious pizza is ready. |
